# Published plan

> Compare the draft with the last published version and publish a numbered snapshot.

## Draft and published views

Planners see the working draft. Viewer mode shows the latest published plan, without later draft changes.

## Changes to review

Compares the draft with the latest published version: forecast weeks and planning settings, with previous and new values. If the demand data itself changed, the page says the numbers are not comparable rather than listing them as edits.

## Publish a snapshot

The publish form creates a numbered version with forecast weeks, assumptions and decisions. **Published history** lists every version with its author and time.
