Date range
The range uses whole days in your organization’s time zone. The start date is included, and the range runs to the end of the end date. If your organization’s time zone is not set or is invalid, the packet uses UTC and says so in the range label. Downloading an earlier packet again uses the range it was generated with.Contents
The first page is a cover with the organization, the range, when and by whom the packet was generated, and a record count for each register. Each register then starts on a new page, in this order:
A register whose module is off shows as not enabled on the cover. An empty register prints No records
in this range. The equipment activity column counts calibrations with their pass and fail results,
and marks activity that was later voided.
How to read it
- Status is current, not historical. Each row shows the record’s status when the packet was generated, not its status during the range. Equipment status is checked at generation time.
- Downloads are rebuilt. Each download builds the PDF from the records as they are at download time. The packet is not a frozen dossier. Use the record IDs to request individual record files.
- Nothing is cut off silently. Each register is limited to 10,000 rows in the range. A larger packet is refused with a message instead of being truncated.
- Audited. Each generation and each download is written to the tamper-evident audit trail.
