Summary Cards
Four KPI cards showing Open Deviations, Pending CAPAs, Overdue Training, and Documents Pending Review — each with trend indicators. These are the vital signs of your quality system: rising deviations or overdue training are early warnings of compliance risk. Click any card to jump directly to that module; focus on Critical and High severity items first.Deviations by Month
A 6-month bar chart showing deviation volume over time. Trends matter more than absolute numbers — a rising trend signals systemic issues, a declining trend shows corrective actions are working. If you see consecutive months of increase, investigate root causes in the Deviations module.CAPA Status Distribution
Breakdown of all CAPAs by status: Open, In Progress, Pending Review, and Closed. A healthy quality system has more Closed CAPAs than Open ones — a buildup of Open or In Progress CAPAs indicates bottlenecks in your corrective action process.Recent Activity
A live feed of the latest actions across all quality modules — deviations opened, documents approved, CAPAs updated, training completed. Use the feed to confirm expected investigation, signature, and approval events were actually captured in the audit trail.Quick Actions
One-click shortcuts to create new Deviations, Documents, and CAPAs. Start from the relevant module instead when you need full context, attachments, or review history before creating new work.Aging and recorded validation activity
Where closure metrics are enabled, aging separates 91–180 days from 180+ (older than 180 days). These are open-record ages, not days overdue; see Reports. Where onboarding imports are enabled, a successful Validate only request adds a durable validation event. Recent activity may showdry_run; that event records validation, not creation of the
predicted documents or users. Follow Audit Trail to inspect covered
events and use supported record links.
