Training Programs & Assignments
Training programs with completion rates, overdue assignments, and upcoming due dates. Overdue training is a compliance gap that can shut down production — regulators verify that every person performing a task has documented training for that task. Review overdue assignments and use your approved training procedure to determine the next action. This release does not add recurring-training scheduling.Training Matrix
Shows each employee against required SOP, work instruction, and quality-system training with complete, due-soon, overdue, or not-required status. Role-based training evidence proves that only qualified personnel perform GMP activities. Scan for flagged cells, then prioritize overdue training for employees assigned to active production or QA tasks.Training Records
Lists assignment status, completion dates, expiry dates, and scores for each training requirement. Training records are inspection evidence — they must be attributable, dated, and tied to the controlled document version or procedure in effect. Use search to find a person or SOP quickly during audits, onboarding, or post-revision retraining checks.Filter the training matrix
When employee-group training is enabled, administrators, QA managers, and reviewers can combine employee group, role, and training program filters. Select one value in each relevant control; all selected dimensions must match. Use Clear filters to restore the unfiltered view. The filtered summary shows the matching employees and completed assignments. It does not change the organization-wide Training Completion headline or create assignments. An empty result means no employees match those filters. Operators do not gain these management filters from this release.Create or retire a curriculum version
With employee-group training enabled, administrators and QA managers can manage curriculum versions. Reviewers can inspect the available curriculum information but cannot perform these lifecycle actions.- Open Training → Curricula and select a curriculum.
- Select New draft version when no draft already exists. Published versions stay frozen.
- Edit the draft and complete the existing publication requirements before publishing it. A draft is not an effective training requirement.
- To take a published version out of service without a successor, select that version, enter a retirement reason of at least 10 characters, and select Retire version.
